Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill equipment for aerospace production.
• Machining precise components to blueprint specifications and tolerances.
• Read/calibrate using calipers, micrometers, gauges and related tools.
• Support quality, safety, and productivity goals in a regulated environment.
• Read blueprints and GD&T callouts to ensure correct fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform in-process inspections with precision tools to verify tolerances.
• Make machine offsets, tooling changes, and adjustments as needed.
• Follow safety and production procedures in aerospace manufacturing.
• Maintain production records and communicate tooling or part issues.
