Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Adelanto, CA to perform complete setups, operate CNC mills and lathes, edit programs, and produce precision components to exact specifications. You will read engineering drawings and GD&T, use micrometers and calipers for inspection, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams while upholding safety and ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience performing CNC machine setup and programming edits.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T tolerances.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• 3 to 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete CNC machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and program verification.
• Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal mills, vertical boring mills, and related CNC equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Identify machining, tooling, programming, or quality issues and collaborate with supervisors, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate production records, complete inspection documentation, perform routine machine care, and follow all safety and ISO quality procedures.
