Job summary

Jobot is seeking a driven CNC Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team in the Antelope Valley area. You will operate CNC machines, interpret blueprints with GD&T, and program tool paths using CAD/CAM software.

Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is preferred, along with experience on lathes, mills, grinders, and sheet metal fabrication. This is a permanent, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and GD&T to produce aerospace components.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
• Experience with lathes, mills, grinders, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read complex drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, plans, and GD&T to produce aerospace components.
• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture parts.
• CAD/CAM programming for tool paths using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
• Use hand tools for fabrication and assembly.
• Perform sheet metal bending, cutting, and forming.
• Inspect machinery and finished parts for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot machine issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate work and material records.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
