AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced CNC Grinder for a direct hire position in Chatsworth, CA to support aerospace precision manufacturing. You will set up and operate CNC grinding equipment, read blueprints, and participate in inspections to ensure tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining or CNC grinding experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers and inspection tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and job specs.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections for tolerance verification.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
• Troubleshoot machining, setup, tooling and quality issues during production.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency and safety in a manufacturing environment.
