Qualifications

• 6–10 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
• Proficiency with Mastercam and writing programs at the machine.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, 2D prints, and solid models.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate Haas CNC mills, lathes, and related milling centers.
• Create, modify, and prove out CNC programs using Mastercam, drawings, and solid models.
• Perform in-process inspection to verify tolerances and quality.
• Provide feedback on programming, tooling, fixturing, and process improvements.
• Maintain production records and train operators.
