Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop processes, define controls, and reduce variability on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform daily audits to ensure procedures are followed.
• Update area procedures to reduce process variation and improve clarity.
• Analyze data to identify and control process excursions.
• Conduct engineering trials to evaluate improvements to processes, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in cost reduction, continuous improvement, and NPI teams.
• Drive process improvements and reduce scrap.
• Interface with manufacturing, management, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide hands-on investigations and problem solving on the floor.
• Other duties as assigned.
