Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. The role performs assembly tasks in a controlled environment under close supervision, following military and FDA standards and using visual aids and written instructions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of small component assembly experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic reading/comprehension skills. IPC soldering certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform assigned assembly tasks following instructions and visuals.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark and inspect subassemblies or completed assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies to verify quality and function.
• Operate equipment such as Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray Machine.
• Observe health and safety procedures per OSHA and Crane policy; report issues.
• Cross-train to work on at least one process within the cell and participate in team meetings.
