The role performs precise assembly tasks in a controlled environment under close supervision, following military and FDA standards with visual and written instructions. Key duties include preparing and inspecting components, operating specialized equipment such as die attach, wire bonder, and x-ray machines, and testing finished assemblies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of small component assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong verbal and written communication; Proficiency in reading comprehension of the English language; Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies.
• Operate Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray Machine.
• Observe proper health and safety procedures in handling hazardous chemicals.
