The role involves assembling components and subassemblies in a cleanroom environment, preparing parts, marking, inspecting, and testing finished assemblies with precision equipment. Candidates should have 2–5 years of small component assembly experience, be proficient in reading assembly drawings, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of small component assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thoroughly interpret production or engineering prints, production planning information and assembly aids such as illustrations and wiring diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficiency in reading comprehension of English.
• Health and safety procedures and OSHA/Crane policy.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies and operate equipment (e.g. Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray Machine).
• Observe proper health and safety procedures in handling hazardous chemicals.
• Cross-train to work on at least one process within the cell and participate in team meetings for improvement.
