Responsibilities

• Perform advanced soldering tasks, including micro-soldering, to assemble components and subassemblies.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components.
• Test finished assemblies for quality and functionality.
• Train and mentor new employees in soldering techniques, processes, and Crane tools.
• Create work orders, NCRs for quality and material issues, and FAIs as needed.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
