Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a meticulous Cleanroom Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. The role requires performing assembly tasks in a controlled environment, following military/FDA standards, and ensuring quality inspections and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of small component assembly experience, strong English communication, and the ability to read prints and use microscope-based inspection.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of small component assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficiency in reading and understanding work-related documents in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Ability to thoroughly interpret production or engineering prints, production planning information and assembly aids such as illustrations and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
• Prepare components, clean, inspect, and subassemble or finish assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies to ensure quality and compliance.
• Operate equipment such as Die Attach Machines, Wire Bonders, and X-Ray Machines.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
