Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is hiring a Cleanroom Assembler II for the Lynnwood, WA location with a 2:30pm–11:00pm shift, Monday through Friday. The role involves assembling products to military standards and FDA standards, using visual, verbal, and written instructions in a controlled cleanroom environment.

The Assembler II performs tasks such as component preparation, inspection, testing, and operation of specialized equipment, while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Small Component Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution of goods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; basic reading comprehension in English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies.
• Operate equipment such as Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, and X-Ray Machine.
• Observe health and safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Report difficulties to lead or supervisor affecting quality or correctness.
