Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. This role performs assembly tasks under supervision in a controlled environment, following military and FDA standards as applicable.

You will prepare, assemble, test, and inspect components and subassemblies, operate specialized equipment, and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in small component assembly is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of small component assembly in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform assigned assembly tasks in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting.
• Prepare, clean, inspect, and subassemble components and assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies and operate equipment (e.g., die attach, wire bonder, X-ray).
• Maintain health and safety practices per OSHA and Crane policies.
• Cross-train to work on additional processes within the cell.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and team meetings.
