Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Cleanroom Assembler II to perform assembly tasks under close supervision in a controlled environment, including component prep, cleaning, inspection, testing, and use of equipment such as die attach machines, wire bonders, and X-ray systems.

This role requires 2–5 years of small component assembly experience, strong communication, and attention to detail; a high school diploma is required, IPC soldering certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of small component assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.
• Accurate color vision, near and depth perception; manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark and inspect subassemblies or completed assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies.
• Operate equipment (Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray Machine).
• Observe health and safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
