Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics is hiring a Production Assembler I-III for our Lynnwood, WA site. Shifts run 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. The role involves performing assembly tasks, inspecting components, and maintaining accurate paperwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifying candidates have 2–5 years of assembly experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and soldering certification or equivalent. Health benefits, 401k, and education reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret production or engineering prints and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills and use of email/software.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks in line with military and other standards.
• Prepare, clean, inspect components and subassemblies before assembly.
• Operate equipment and maintain proper paperwork and records.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report safety concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings.
