Job summary

RTX is seeking a Cell Leader in Tucson, AZ to supervise and optimize aerospace manufacturing operations on a second shift. You will oversee a bargaining-unit workforce, drive SAP production control, and apply lean and visual factory practices to achieve production goals.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, readiness for extended hours, and compliance with DoD security clearance processes. This position is onsite at our Tucson facility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an advanced degree with minimum three years' experience.
• Experience with manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading a team or managerial experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a bargaining-unit aerospace manufacturing workforce.
• Hands-on mastery of SAP-based production control and factory performance metrics.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and visual factory systems.
