The Cell Leader (CL) is the primary supervisor and team executor within a production or depot manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will report to the Value Stream Leader (VSL) and be accountable for the daily execution and a member of a cross functional team which includes the Value Stream Leader, Production Support team (ME, PTE, IE, QE, PC) and Production engineering/test support team.The CL will be tasked to execute operational schedules, priorities, goals while collaborating with functional management to allow for continuous manufacturing of line-flow or end-item products.Additionally, the CL will have accountability for production, depot deliveries, and direct daily supervision of bargaining unit team members.
This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities and requires spending significant amounts of time in and around factory areas.The candidate must be capable and willing to work extended hours (when required) in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in both manufacturing and technical leadership roles.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
