Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) Andover, MA is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead a 15–20 person precision metal fabrication cell in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met. This role collaborates with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance and PMO; you will drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

The position requires an active DoD clearance, US citizenship, and proven supervisory experience in

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of related experience.
• An advanced degree with minimum 3 years of related experience is acceptable.
• Supervisory, leadership and/or operations/manufacturing experience is required.
