Job summary

RTX's Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations (DARO) seeks an energetic Operations Supervisor (Cell Leader M2) to oversee day-to-day repair operations. You will lead the production team, coordinate with engineering, quality, and IT to meet metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts with a 4x10 schedule and may require first-shift training. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills are essential to optimize throughput, ensure safety

Qualifications

Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Military, Manufacturing, Business Operations Management, Engineering, Aerospace or Aftermarket industry.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
High School diploma or Military / Technical Training and 9+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building through employee meetings, effective communications, and in developing an efficient team that is responsible for engine assembly.
Establish standards and expectations for work effort and performance for subordinates. Give constant feedback on performance to those standards.
Communicate with other department personnel and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and actively to address issues and engage the workforce in achieving production goals.
Coach employees to improve performance when needed.
Maintain training, quality, and attendance records.
