Job summary

RTX is seeking motivated students for internships and co-ops in mechanical/aerospace engineering, onsite in Medley, FL. You will model and draft parts, populate BOMs, and assist in improving manufacturing processes within a cross-functional team.

This on-site role offers exposure to private and business jet seating products and hands-on CAD tool experience (Creo, SolidWorks, NX, Catia, AutoCAD), with potential pathways to full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM major and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Experience with CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, NX, Catia, AutoCAD, Autodesk or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Model and draft parts for private and business jet seating products, populate change notices and bills of materials, troubleshoot manufacturing improvements, and work with a dynamic cross functional team to solve problems.
