Job summary

RTX is seeking a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree student for an internship/co-op in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering in Medley, FL. You will model and draft parts for private and business jet seating, populate change notices and BOMs, and work with a cross-functional team to solve manufacturing issues.

You will learn aerospace industry practices, prioritization under pressure, and develop collaboration skills while gaining exposure to Creo, SolidWorks and other CAD tools in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and enrolled through internship.
• Experience with CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, NX, Catia, AutoCAD or Autodesk.

Responsibilities

• Model and draft parts for private and business jet seating products, populate change notices and bills of materials, troubleshoot manufacturing improvements, and work with a dynamic cross functional team to solve problems.
