Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace parts sales or business development.
• Strong network within MROs, OEMs, and aviation supply chains.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects.
• Self-starter with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within aerospace and MRO markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership.
• Continuously identify areas for process and product improvement.
