Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical sales, account management, or project tracking role within an aerospace environment.
• Deep comfort level collaborating with engineering teams and communicating capabilities to clients.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the business development lifecycle, aligning growth initiatives with internal engineering and testing capabilities.
• Lead consultative sales and capture strategies to expand revenue across existing accounts and win new opportunities with aerospace OEMs and defense primes.
• Represent the company at aviation, defense, and power generation events to establish relationships and source leads.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining proactive communication and identifying emerging industry needs.
• Bridge the gap between customer demands and execution teams to shape proposals and purchase orders.
