Job summary

Crestview Aerospace is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage full-cycle invoicing, cash application, and collections in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing setting. You will apply payments, reconcile accounts, prepare aging reports, and support month-end close while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP and strong communication skills are valued as you collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Accounts Receivable and Customer Invoicing experience is a plus.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and email customer invoices via EPICOR Kinetic.
• Submit invoices and supporting documentation through portals, ensuring accuracy.
• Apply customer remittances to accounts.
• Research unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies.
• Proactively manage collections and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Prepare AR aging reports and coordinate with other departments.
