Job summary

3M is seeking an Airline Key Account Manager to lead engagement with US airlines and drive sales of 3M products. You will craft account strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and pursue growth while supporting global Key Accounts.

The role requires extensive aerospace sales experience, airline-specific leadership, and a valid driver's license, with travel up to 50% and the possibility of relocation. Remote work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Eight (8) years of aerospace industry sales in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three (3) years of experience managing sales directly to airlines; Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with assigned US based airlines and develop account strategy.
• Implement key account strategy to meet 3M and customer objectives.
• Determine growth strategy, sales approach and customer engagement plan.
• Support broad-based business group initiatives and cross-functional work.
• Willingness to travel globally to support Key Accounts (up to 50%).
• Partner with Channel, Marketing, Application Engineering, and Sales Leadership to align priorities.
