Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Kent, WA is looking for an Additive Manufacturing Engineering Technician to set up, operate, monitor, and change over AM machines used on spaceflight components. You will log material usage, build starts and completion dates, and ensure proper documentation for each work order.

The role requires hands-on work with various printers and equipment, PPE/PAPR, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous process improvement. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or metallic AM production.
• Ability to operate complex equipment and adhere to safety standards.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software interfaces (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor and change over AM machines.
• Document build, material usage and inventory.
• Interface with programmers, production control and machinists across centers.
• Wear PPE/PAPR and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Support safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
