Job summary

Optomec Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the Aerosol Jet business from California or Minnesota. This role requires 1-3 years of B2B sales experience and involves qualifying leads, generating an outbound pipeline, preparing quotes, and closing smaller deals.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable selling to technical buyers and have strong communication skills. Benefits include a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 with an On Target Earnings of $70,000 to $85,000, as well as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in inside sales, customer success, or technical sales.
• Comfort selling to technical buyers in engineering, manufacturing, or R&D.
• Experience working in a CRM environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and convert them to opportunities in CRM.
• Run outbound prospecting into target accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with forecasting.
