Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field with 5+ years of related experience, or a MS with 3+ years, or a STEM PhD with 1+ year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (DoD) or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Experience in test planning, execution, flight operations, and/or generating test artifacts and reports.
• Experience generating technical documents and using software/data processing tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MATLAB, and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of test plans and test cards.
• Participate in pre- and post-flight briefs/debriefs.
• Monitor flights in real time, support engineers, ensure safety and parameter limits.
• Lead test missions as test conductor and coordinate with teams for data collection.
