Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 9+ years of related experience OR Master's in STEM with 7+ years of related experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a lead position
• Minimum of 5 years combined experience in manned or unmanned air vehicle flight test
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Flight Test Engineers and coordinate with ITT and Ground/Flight Test Teams
• Develop and review flight test plans, requirements, and event preparations
• Coordinate remote engineering test execution as needed
• Participate in SE Teleconferences and Review boards as Northrop Grumman Flight Test Lead
• Direct test execution in ground and flight test missions when required
• Mentor and develop 10–15 staff aligned to annual performance goals
