Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in STEM with 5+ years of experience OR Master of Science with 3+ years OR STEM Ph.D. with 1+ year
- Secret clearance (DoD) in-scope or CE required
- Experience in test planning, flight operations, and generating test artifacts
- Experience generating technical documents and using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MATLAB, and programming languages
Responsibilities
- Assist in development of test plans/test cards
- Participate in pre- and post-flight briefs/debriefs
- Monitor flights in real-time and support test conductors
- Lead test missions as link between control room and aircraft
- Support post-flight data processing and reporting
