Job summary

Total Solutions, Inc. (TSI) is recruiting for an Aeromedical Case Manager to support the Office of the Command Surgeon at HQ AFRC located at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

The role involves processing medical data, updating AIMWTS/PEPP and other systems to support waiver adjudication and case tracking. Applicants should have aeromedical case processing experience, strong data management skills, and proficiency with DoD medical systems, with excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience processing and managing medical exams and standards in military or civilian aeromedical environments.
• Proficiency with ACA/DoD medical systems (AIMWTS, PEPP, PHA, JLV, MICT).
• Strong knowledge of medical standards for retention, flying classes, LOD determinations.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 terminology and medical terminology usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and track medical data for waiver adjudication and case documentation.
• Update AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS and other records with current case status.
• Coordinate with MAJCOMs, HQ USAF and medical facilities on reserve medical issues.
• Prepare reports on case processing metrics and data quality.
