YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; plus, ensuring the store is always 'guest ready' through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas are effectively prepared according to Floorset standards.
• You're an innovator in merchandising: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to act on them.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining brand standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh!
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reducing strategies.
