YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; plus, you ensure the store is always 'guest ready' through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain store excellence through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Adopt a teamwork mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity is key: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
