Aspen Utility Company is seeking an Aerial Permit Coordinator to join our Houston team. This role focuses on reviewing field data and maps, submitting permits to pole owners, and tracking progress from opening to closing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing field data and maps to determine permit requirements.
• Submitting permits to pole owners.
• Tracking permit progression from opening to closing.
• Adhering to pole-owner specific standards and procedures.
• Responding to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently when supervision is limited.

Responsibilities

• Review field data and maps to determine required pole permits (OVL / TCP / OTMR / PLA).
• Submit permits to various pole owners.
• Track permit progression according to provided guidelines from opening to closing.
• Adhere to pole owner specific standards, procedures, and requirements.
• Review, follow-up, and respond to inquiries promptly and with courtesy.
• Solid organizational skills including extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Strong communicator, whether speaking professionally or interpersonally.
• Demonstrate flexibility with necessary changes to improve customer and company procedures.
