Mountain Ltd. is seeking a Senior Aerial Permitting Specialist to support broadband and fiber network expansion projects remotely.

You will manage the full lifecycle of aerial permitting and pole attachment activities, from route evaluation through final project closeout, coordinating with utilities, engineers, project managers, and construction teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in telecommunications permitting, pole attachments, or utility relations.
• Experience managing aerial permitting projects through full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of pole attachment processes and joint-use agreements.
• Experience with aerial fiber construction and utility coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage pole attachment applications for aerial fiber projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate data collection with field vendors to ensure accurate project information.
• Identify permitting issues and provide recommendations to support feasibility.
• Submit permit applications to utilities, municipalities, and other owners; track progress.
• Maintain records, status reports, and audit-ready documentation.
• Act as primary contact for utilities and joint-use stakeholders; manage communications.
