You will navigate the permit acquisition process, ensure project progress, and foster relationships with municipalities, pipelines, and customers.

The role emphasizes compliance with client standards, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams to support ongoing construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in permit coordination or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading engineering plans, walkouts, and navigating CAD maps.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with Excel experience.
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, Public Works and construction project experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering plans to identify and secure permits for upcoming projects.
• Meticulously track project progression following client procedures and timelines.
• Proactively communicate with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, guiding and training to improve the department.
• Use strong communication to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
