Job summary

TAK Broadband in Houston, TX is seeking a Permit Coordinator to join our team. You will manage and track permit applications, approvals, and regulatory documentation for projects, serving as the liaison between internal project teams and external agencies to ensure programs stay compliant and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of permitting or regulatory coordination experience.
• Familiarity with municipal permitting processes and workflows.
• Experience with construction permits is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Coordinate with planning, zoning, building, and environmental departments.
• Maintain permit logs, status reports, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and project documents for permitting completeness.
• Communicate permit requirements, timelines, and conditions to project teams.
• Respond to agency comments and coordinate resubmittals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
