Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction management experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Strong understanding of aerial construction processes and safety standards.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house and subcontracted aerial OSP construction crews.
• Lead construction teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Oversee on-site and off-site aerial construction per safety and quality standards.
• Forecast resource needs to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain construction quality using industry best practices.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and timelines with customers.
• Review reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Build relationships with management to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and perform additional duties as needed.
