Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a full-time Aerial Supervisor to lead and ensure safe, efficient operations for field crews. You will organize materials, coordinate labor, and oversee aerial project quality while collaborating with customers and pole owners.

The role requires strong leadership, five years of related experience, a valid Class A CDL, and DOT compliance. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential to support ongoing projects and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related field experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL and ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Strong leadership and safety culture adoption required.

Responsibilities

• Provide communication and leadership to field supervisors, foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to complete projects timely.
• Perform quality control verification of aerial projects as requested.
• Assist with underground projects as needed.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Work directly with customers on issues and needs.
• Provide all required job reporting and complete as-builts.
• Track make-ready progress, submissions to pole owners, and crew needs.
• Track permit submissions to pole owners and schedule crews accordingly.
• Review and interpret O-Calc reports performed by others.
• Participate in safety, production and personnel initiatives.
• Assist with hiring, training and evaluations.
