Job summary

TelCom Construction is hiring an Aerial Supervisor to lead field crews and ensure safe, efficient project execution for aerial telecommunications work. You will organize materials, schedule crews, and verify locates and billings while maintaining strong customer communication.

The role requires a Class A CDL, DOT medical card, and 5+ years of related experience with strong leadership and proficiency in Excel and Google applications. Travel and on-call duties are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership experience in aerial/utility work preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Proficient with Excel and database software; comfortable with Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Field Supervisors, Foremen and crew members.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor to complete projects on time.
• Perform quality control on aerial projects; assist with undergrounds as needed.
• Verify locates, materials and billings; interact with customers to address needs.
• Complete reports, as-builts, and redlines; track make-ready progress and permits.
• Schedule crews for available aerial routes; review O-Calc reports.
