Job summary

Congruex seeks an Aerial foreman to lead field crews in installing aerial and underground telecom infrastructure. You will climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and supervise equipment and personnel in a customer-facing environment.

Requirements include CDL Class A, previous management experience, and the ability to travel. This role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and professional conduct on every project site.

Qualifications

• Experience driving bucket trucks and working from blueprints or specs.
• Comfort with physical tasks, climbing, lifting, and long hours outdoors.
• Must have CDL Class A and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Place telephone poles and anchors, operate bucket truck and tools.
• Perform aerial installs, pole transfers, strand building, and cabling.
• Dig holes, place and pull cable in conduits or open excavations.
• Climb poles or use aerial lift to place cables; ensure safety standards.
• Review field prints and address issues; work on customer property professionally.
• Supervise crew, manage vehicles/equipment, and invoice projects per policy.
