Job summary

Congruex is seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to lead field crews and ensure safe, high-quality installation work across our aerial telecom projects. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with customers and management, review field prints, and drive project walkthroughs to meet schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive climbing, bucket truck work, and the ability to travel to job sites. CDL-A preferred.

Qualifications

• Bucket truck operation and safe on-site handling are required.
• Frequent climbing of utility poles with ladders or gaffs.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating with customers.
• Must be able to travel and perform physical labor (lifting 50–100 lbs).
• Must have CDL A and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aerial construction crews in the field.
• Perform project walkouts and coordinate with customers and management.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and timely completion of work.
• Directly responsible for vehicles and equipment assigned.
• Invoicing projects according to company standards.
