Job summary

Congruex is seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to lead field crews in installing and maintaining aerial telecommunications infrastructure. The role involves climbing poles, operating bucket trucks, and coordinating with customers on various sites to complete installs safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will hold a Class A CDL, have prior management experience, and be able to travel as needed. You will oversee equipment and supervise personnel while upholding Congruex safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to travel as required.
• CDL Class A is required.
• Experience in telecommunications aerial/underground construction.
• Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs.
• Previous management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Place telephone poles and anchors.
• Operate bucket truck and other equipment.
• Perform aerial installations and pole transfers.
• Dig holes and lay cable in conduits/excavations.
• Climb utility poles or use aerial lift to place cables.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Interpret field prints and resolve issues on site.
• Maintain professionalism on customer properties.
• Oversee vehicles and equipment assigned to you.
• Supervise team members on site.
• Invoice projects according to company standards.
