Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site. You’ll guide less experienced crew members, provide on‑site expertise, and ensure work areas are safe and productive while meeting customer requirements.

This role requires climbing, working at heights, and travel for storm response as needed; daily work orders and crew checks document productivity

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record and ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on job sites.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools like wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
