Job summary

Congruex is seeking a line foreman to join our growing team in Beckley, WV. The role involves overseeing telecom infrastructure installation, supervising crews, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will read blueprints, operate equipment, and manage field activities with a strong emphasis on professionalism around customers and properties. The position requires climbing poles, using a bucket truck, and handling physical tasks, with CDL-A and prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working from bucket trucks and climbing utility poles.
• Ability to read field blueprints and specifications.
• Willingness to travel and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must have a Class A CDL and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Place telephone poles and anchors.
• Operate bucket truck and other equipment.
• Perform aerial tasks and cable installations.
• Dig and place cables in conduits and open excavations.
• Climb poles or use aerial lift to install cables.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Review field prints and problem-solve on-site.
• Work on customer property with professionalism.
• Directly manage assigned vehicles/equipment and supervise staff.
• Invoice projects according to company standards.
