Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project accounting experience in the AEC industry.
• Deltek Vision or Vanguard experience required.
• Strong time management and independent working skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and expense tracking for assigned projects.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide reports to managers.
• Advise on budgeting for additional services to protect profitability.
• Manage consultant accounts payable as part of client billing.
• Train Project Managers in the draft bill process per standard billing procedures.
• Oversee monthly AR reports and coordinate collections.
• Provide project-related reports to Project Managers.
