Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support project pursuits and marketing programs. You will report to the Marketing Manager and help manage time, drive accountability, and collaborate across departments in the AEC industry.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in marketing or business, 3 years in professional services marketing, and proficiency with InDesign and CRM tools. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in marketing with a professional services firm, A/E/C industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities for project pursuits and client relationships (RFPs / RFQs, interviews, surveys).
• Organize and format marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, descriptions) per brand standards.
• Manage photography library, contracts, and shoots.
• Maintain marketing database and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to assemble high-quality packages for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on the use of marketing tools and systems.
• Build strong working relationships within the marketing team.
• Assist with special projects and events.
