Job summary

Hausmann in Omaha is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to join our Marketing Team. You will develop and manage proposals and presentations, coordinate deadlines, and ensure quality client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, with strong graphic design, writing, and communication skills. Experience in AEC industry and proficiency with InDesign and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing proposals for an A/E/C firm preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong proposal and presentation best practices and tools knowledge.
• Excellent graphic design, proofreading, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office; Illustrator/Photoshop preferred.
• Knowledge of the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development of proposals, SOQs, and pre-qual submissions per RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing collateral, presentations, and documents.
• Lead final publishing, packaging, and delivery of proposals.
• Update templates and project sheets; ensure data is stored in Hausmann’s database.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and marketing across the firm.
• Work within a CRM system.
• Other related marketing duties as needed.
