Job summary

Pankow seeks a Marketing and Proposal Specialist to energize our brand, coordinate proposals, and ensure a single, consistent voice across communications. The role requires strong writing, presentation, and design skills in a fast-paced environment.

Education in English/Journalism/Marketing or Communications plus 3+ years in marketing/communications is preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and presentation software is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills; must be comfortable with Executive Leadership.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and deliver compelling materials.
• Demonstrated writing/editing skills across multiple communication channels.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Prezi.

Responsibilities

• Energize the firm's brand to stay fresh and aligned with Vision, Mission, Values.
• Maintain brand image across external and internal communications.
• Improve and maintain proposal processes with Culture and Communications team.
• Ensure all proposals have consistent visual identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with project teams on interview strategy and presentations.
• Coordinate proposal, qualifications and presentation deliverables.
• Manage external marketing resources (coaching, photography, graphics, writing).
• Support writing of proposal sections and cover letters with cross-functional teams.
• Develop win strategies and proposal plans addressing client requirements.
