Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction marketing is required.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals and maintain consistent branding across materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop interview strategies and client stories.
• Oversee external marketing resources (coaching, photography, graphics, writing).
• Support content creation for newsletters, brochures, and digital communications.
• Organize post-proposal debriefs and maintain project data in the database.
• Ensure company materials follow corporate standards and brand voice.
